4. Sign Lease - have the tenants sign the Ontario Standard Lease as well as a 32 point addendum to ensure tenant success.
5. Pre-Possession Date Checklist - complete a thorough walkthrough inspection and checklist with the tenants on their possession date and obtain confirmation on the current state of the house for tenant accountability.
6. Monthly Updates - provide homeowners with monthly expense report, account summary, and status of work orders.
7. Quarterly Wellness Checks - complete a wellness check walkthrough and checklist on a quarterly basis and obtain confirmation of current state of the house for tenant accountability.
